It comes off and needs repeated repositioning. The seal needs to be thicker to seal better. The pump is weak and the vacuum leaks due to the seal design. I had to fit it to her by removing the seal and grinding the cover to fit because the cover was not the same contour as the tendons on either side of her lips. Some re-engineering solved the problems except for the seal issue. It should come with instructions for modifying it.
