You are guaranteed to get your package within 3 business days
IF :
Your order is made before 4pm east. Orders made after 4pm east are considered as next day orders.
You did NOT specify a PO Box as your address.
You live within the continental *USA (Orders to PR, HI, and AK should still arrive within 3 days but are not guaranteed)
* Canadian orders will be shipped Express. You should still receive your package within 3 days, but you do not qualify for the guarantee.
Our Guarantee
If you paid for rush shipping and do not get your package within 3 days, we will refund your shipping in FULL that's the $6.95 ($16.95 for oversized or overweight packages) for the rush, plus the standard $7.95
This guarantee does not apply with mail orders. We will still send your package with Fedex 2nd day air (or equivalent), but the shipping date is not guaranteed. Further more, do not send a personal check if you wish to get Rush Shipping. Personal checks take 10-21 business days to clear, and we wait until they clear before sending out the merchandise. If you order with Rush Shipping, and send us a personal check, we will simply destroy the check, and cancel your order.

Weekends and holidays are NOT business days.
Orders placed before Sunday 4pm east qualify for the guarantee.
Any extraordinary delay with Fedex (like snow storms, hurricanes or earthquakes etc) which would prevent normal pick-up or delivery nulifies this guarantee.
