I bought this little pump beacuse I wanted to try one of these, but I didn't want to spend a few hundred dollars on one. I was amased to see that it does make your penis pump up to 8 inches but as soon as your release the trigger, it goes back to its original size. Thats when I figured out that a cock ring would probably help keep that erection,,,, and it does. I purchased a few different types of cock rings to work with the pump and I would recommend buying a tight one (the one I prefer is the super strech cock ring made to work with pumps).
